Job summary:
To oversee technical activities related to the maintenance and repair of the vehicle fleet, while managing associated administrative operations, ensuring optimal performance efficiency and effective utilization of resources.
Technical Responsibilities:

Supervise preventive and periodic maintenance activities for vehicles.

Diagnose technical faults and determine appropriate repair solutions.

Follow up on repair work carried out in internal workshops or by authorized service providers.

Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with approved technical standards.

Prepare technical reports on vehicle conditions and recurring issues.

Monitor fuel, oil, and spare parts consumption, and analyze operational efficiency.

Contribute to developing preventive and scheduled maintenance plans for the fleet.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Maintain and follow up on vehicle records and maintenance logs.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure vehicle availability for required maintenance.

Prepare periodic reports on fleet condition, utilization, and maintenance performance.

Follow up on procurement processes related to spare parts and technical services.

Supervise workshop staff from a technical perspective.

Participate in preparing maintenance and operation budgets.
-
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations during maintenance and operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive or Power specialization).

Proven experience in fleet maintenance and management.

Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems and diagnostics.

Strong technical and administrative reporting skills.
