Mechanical Engineer - Contracting Experience

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years of construction experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical systems and hands-on site experience in Dubai projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute installation of mechanical systems including:
• Drainage systems
• HVAC installations
• Fire Fighting networks
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and work inspections
• Ensure all works meet project quality standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate for approvals with local authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DCD, and other relevant departments
• Troubleshoot site issues and support timely project completion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of mechanical construction experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge in Drainage, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems
• UAE site experience is mandatory
• Familiar with local authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to join immediately (preferred)
