Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Mechanical Engineer cum Sales & Marketing professional to handle both technical and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting engineering products/services, generating leads, and managing client relationships while supporting technical project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in fabrication and engineering sectors
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and provide technical solutions
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and proposals
• Coordinate with workshop/production team for project execution
• Handle sales negotiations and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct site visits and project follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in sales/marketing (preferably fabrication or construction field)
• Strong technical knowledge of steel/metal fabrication works
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license (preferred)
• Ability to handle both technical and commercial aspects
