Mechanical Engineer, Durability & Endurance Vehicle Testing (Dubai-based)

We are seeking a skilled Automotive or Mechanical Engineer to join our team, focusing on critical durability and endurance vehicle testing projects across the UAE & KSA. This is an immediate, full-time opportunity for a professional based in Dubai with a strong background in the automotive industry.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the longevity and performance of our vehicles through rigorous testing and insightful data analysis. Your expertise will directly contribute to the reliability and quality of our automotive products in the challenging environments of the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and oversee durability and endurance vehicle testing projects in the UAE and KSA.

* Implement and manage robust data collection methodologies during all testing phases.

* Perform comprehensive data processing and analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and performance insights.

* Utilize advanced data mining techniques to extract valuable information from large datasets.

* Generate daily and weekly reports based on project findings, detailing progress, issues, and recommendations.

* Understand and interpret vehicle error codes for effective diagnosis.

* Troubleshoot and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues on test vehicles.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to address identified issues.

* Ensure all testing procedures adhere to industry standards and company protocols.

* Maintain meticulous documentation of testing processes, results, and observations.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in , Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of automotive industry experience within the UAE is mandatory.

* Proven expertise in durability and endurance vehicle testing.

* Exceptional skills in data collection, processing, and analysis.

* Strong proficiency in data mining and the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.

* Ability to generate clear and concise daily and weekly reports.

* Solid understanding of vehicle error codes and their interpretation.

* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.

* Familiarity with both Electric Vehicle (EV) and Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) technologies.

* Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

* Fluent in written and spoken English.

* Must be currently located in Dubai, UAE.
