We Are Hiring: Mechanical Engineer – Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage all mechanical works related to fit-out projects.

· Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.

· Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

· Ensure all mechanical materials and installations comply with approved specifications and project requirements.

· Follow up with relevant authorities for approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements.

· Monitor site progress, work quality, and adherence to project schedules.

· Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.

· Ensure compliance with HSE standards and approved drawings.

· Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of UAE fit-out experience in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.

· Good knowledge of mechanical shop drawings, material approvals, and authority approval procedures.

· Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and standards.

· Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
