Mechanical Engineer/ Foreman

looking for mechanical engineer with at least 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabricating, welding, machines operating and leading the workers. The candidate should able to read drawings, make drawings, identify raw material, fabrication process, needed equipment/machines and prepare an offer for customers. He will be fully responsible for fabrication section. Local market candidates will be given a priority.
