Mechanical Engineer – Grade A with GSAS Certification

Job Location:
Doha, Qatar

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The candidate must hold a Grade A classification from UPDA (MMUP) and have a valid GSAS (Global Sustainability Assessment System) Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve sustainable design submissions in accordance with GSAS requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for project approvals.
• Supervise mechanical works related to HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and sustainable building systems.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) and sustainability standards.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for authority submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• UPDA / MMUP Grade A classification.
• Certified in GSAS.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in building projects.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design, building codes, and local authority procedures.
