Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & MEP) – Medical Projects Experience (Preferred)

Job Description (Brief):
Responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of HVAC and mechanical systems, including preparation and review of AutoCAD and Revit drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC and mechanical systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, layouts, and technical submittals.
• Supervise mechanical works on site and coordinate with contractors.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and system handover.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Resident in Riyadh.
• Immediate availability to join.
