<ul><li>Should be certified Mechanical Engineer with minimum five-years UAE experience in interior fit out.</li><li>Design / Planning / Scheduling.</li><li>Aware of Emaar rules and regulations.</li><li>PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN RESTAURANT AND SHISHA PROJECTS IS A MUST.</li><li>Aware of DEWA and other regulatory authority&rsquo;s procedures.</li><li>Basic knowledge of CAD / Primavera / MS Office.</li><li>Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems.</li><li>Planning the placement of pipework, ducts and control panels.</li><li>Installing HVAC components.</li><li>Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely.</li><li>Good knowledge in Plumbing &amp; Fire Fighting.</li><li>UAE driving license is a must.</li><li>Good communication skill</li><li>Execute project independently.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
