Mechanical Engineer – Interior Fit-Out / MEP

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in interior fit-out and MEP projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical works on site, coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and mechanical site works, along with the ability to read drawings and manage site coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage mechanical works for interior fit-out and MEP projects.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Review mechanical drawings, layouts, project specifications, and material requirements.
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and related mechanical works on site.
• Ensure site works are carried out as per approved drawings, project standards, and specifications.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Support project planning, work schedules, and material coordination.
• Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned works.
• Attend site meetings and support project coordination when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE or GCC experience in interior fit-out or MEP projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and mechanical site works.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
• UAE driving license is preferred due to site coordination requirements.
• Candidates available to join within a short notice period will be preferred.

Salary:
