Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo.
• Create detailed schematics, drawings, and technical documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Develop system designs incorporating programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machinery, and other automation equipment.
• Conduct simulations and analyses using MATLAB, LabVIEW, and other engineering tools to validate designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Support research and development initiatives by drafting prototypes and refining designs based on testing results.
• Assist in the integration of mechanical systems with electrical controls, including schematics development for automation projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, manufacturing techniques, and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent drafting tools.
• Familiarity with system design involving PLCs, CNC machines, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and schematic development.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, and quality control.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles including materials selection, stress analysis, and thermodynamics.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment within manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
