Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo.
- Create detailed schematics, drawings, and technical documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop system designs incorporating programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machinery, and other automation equipment.
- Conduct simulations and analyses using MATLAB, LabVIEW, and other engineering tools to validate designs.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Support research and development initiatives by drafting prototypes and refining designs based on testing results.
- Assist in the integration of mechanical systems with electrical controls, including schematics development for automation projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, manufacturing techniques, and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent drafting tools.
- Familiarity with system design involving PLCs, CNC machines, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and schematic development.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, and quality control.
- Knowledge of mechanical principles including materials selection, stress analysis, and thermodynamics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment within manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
