Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Maintenance Department. The role involves supervising, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical systems—especially diesel generators, engines, and auxiliary systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generators and equipment.
- Diagnose failures and implement effective solutions.
- Supervise technicians and ensure maintenance efficiency.
- Plan and monitor maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance and spare parts records.
- Coordinate with other departments for integrated maintenance.
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in generator or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines, fuel systems, and mechanical assemblies.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
