About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in MEP systems, HVAC design, installation, and maintenance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on project execution knowledge, the ability to manage contractors, and a solid understanding of mechanical engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement HVAC and MEP systems for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, load calculations, and equipment selections.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Conduct site inspections, supervise installation works, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Prepare documentation including BOQs, technical reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 1-3 years of experience in MEP & HVAC engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, ductwork, piping, and mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or related design tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Certifications

• HVAC Certification
• UAE driving license (if applicable)
• Knowledge of local authority regulations (DEWA, DM, ADDC, etc.)
