Mechanical Engineer – Pools & Water Features

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings for swimming pools, water features, and pump rooms.

• Coordinate with design, technical, and site teams to update drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.

• Review and support preparation of plumbing and mechanical layouts related to pool systems and pump rooms.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and local authority requirements (DM or other authorities).

• Support drafting of hardscape and softscape layouts when required for coordination.

• Review IFC drawings and ensure proper coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Address consultant comments and ensure revisions are completed within project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2–4 years of experience in landscape, swimming pool, or water feature projects.

• Good knowledge of swimming pool systems, filtration systems, and pump room layouts.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MEP drawings.

• Ability to review IFC drawings and coordinate shop drawings.

• Good communication and coordination skills with site and technical teams.
