Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment in the power plant.
- Ensure the efficiency and reliability of turbines, boilers, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical components.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Work closely with electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Analyze mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Monitor fuel systems, cooling systems, and lubrication systems to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to plant operators and junior staff.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a power plant or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of turbines, boilers, heat exchangers, and piping systems.
- Familiarity with mechanical engineering standards.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of power plant machinery.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
