Mechanical Engineer - Senior Level

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10yrs experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and products. The ideal candidate will oversee engineering projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality technical solutions that meet project and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development for new and existing projects
• Create and review detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
• Manage engineering projects from concept through execution
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and testing to validate designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
