Mechanical Engineer - Swimming Pool

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs related to MEP systems for swimming pools and water features.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP works including pumps, filtration systems, piping, lighting, water circulation, and control systems.
• Coordinate with design consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure proper MEP integration.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, manpower deployment, and material requirements to ensure timely project delivery.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of filtration, dosing systems, lighting, and control panels.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery and technical support.
• Support project handover activities including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and testing/commissioning documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in swimming pool and water feature projects.
