Mechanical Engineer (Transformer/Radiator)

• Design, develop, and review mechanical components of transformers and radiators, including tanks, radiators, clamping structures, and cooling systems.
• Prepare technical drawings, CAD models, and mechanical schematics for fabrication.
• Supervise fabrication, assembly, and welding processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure proper integration of mechanical and electrical components.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks on mechanical assemblies.
• Optimize mechanical processes to improve production efficiency and reduce material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, mechanical standards, and company quality policies.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems in production.
• Coordinate with procurement to select suitable mechanical materials and components.
• Maintain technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and assembly instructions.
