Mechanical engineering

مهندس ميكانيك / الشروط العامة :

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل داخل إمارة الشارقة.
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
• حاصل على شهادة بكالوريوس في التخصص المطلوب من جامعة معترف بها، مع ضرورة تصديق الشهادة حسب الأصول.
• مهارات عالية في التواصل والعمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
• الالتزام بالأنظمة والقوانين المحلية والدولية في مجال التخصص.
• إتقان استخدام البرامج الهندسية والتقنية المرتبطة بالتخصص.

المتطلبات الخاصة:

• خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ وتصميم أنظمة:

o التكييف والتهوية والتبريد (HVAC).

o شبكات المياه والصرف الصحي.

o أنظمة الحريق (Sprinklers & Fire Fighting).

• معرفة جيدة بكودات التصميم والأنظمة مثل: ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC.
• إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم والحسابات الحرارية مثل: AutoCAD, HAP, Revit MEP.
• القدرة على:

o إعداد جداول الكميات والمواصفات الفنية.

o تنسيق الأعمال الميكانيكية مع الأقسام الكهربائية والمعمارية والإنشائية.

• خبرة في الإشراف على مقاولي الباطن وفحص الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
• القدرة على تقديم حلول توفير الطاقة وتقنيات الاستدامة تمثل إضافة قوية.

General Requirements / Mechanical Engineer

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience, with at least 3 years within the Emirate of Sharjah.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university, with proper attestation of certificates as required.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and capacity to work under pressure.
• Commitment to local and international regulations and standards related to the field of expertise.
• Proficiency in using engineering and technical software relevant to the specialty.

Specific Requirements:

• Proven experience in the design and execution of:

o HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

o Water supply and drainage networks

o Firefighting systems (Sprinklers & Fire Fighting)

• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC.
• Proficiency in design and thermal calculation software such as AutoCAD, HAP, Revit MEP.
• Ability to:

o Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications

o Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, architectural, and structural disciplines

• Experience in supervising subcontractors and inspecting mechanical systems
• Capability to propose energy-saving solutions and sustainability techniques is a strong advantage.
