Mechanical Estimation Engineer

• Review and analyze tender documents including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, etc.).
• Obtain, review, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing, and budgets for projects.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize cost and efficiency without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to clarify scope and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordinate queries with consultants/clients as required.
• Maintain updated records of supplier prices, material databases, and subcontractor contacts.
• Support management in negotiations and finalization of bids/contracts.
