Career Overseas Consultants Limited is looking for Mechanical Foreman / Mechanical Supervisor

Job Description / Responsibility

• Supervision of mechanical maintenance and workshop activities.
• Experience with rotating equipment: pumps, blowers, agitators, conveyors, rotary equipment, etc.
• Knowledge of machining, welding, fabrication, and overhauling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manage multi-craft teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Preparation of maintenance and service reports, time sheets, and material take-off lists.
• Working knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems, work orders, and material requests.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Skills Required: FLUENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Shall have the basic computer knowledge to handle CMMS systems, ERP system and work order work request processing, Material request generation and mail communication.
• Shall have valid passport, if you don’t have passport please donot apply.
• Shall have 5-8 years’ Min. experience in continuous process / Chemical, Fertilizer, petro chemical industry. Candidates have experience in phosphoric acid and DAP production plants will be given preference.
• Familiar in various types of rotating machines such as pumps, blowers, filters , agitators, Bucket elevators ,Rotary drums, belt conveyors etc.
• Shall have strong supervisory background and practical experience in multi craft supervision.
• Shall have thorough knowledge and awareness about all safety related requirement applicable in continuous process / fertilizer industry.
• Shall be able to read engineering drawings and explain to men working under his direct supervision.
• Shall have acceptable knowledge in all maintenance fields and familiarity with maintenance programs, practice and procedures.
