Job Description:

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC BIM Modeler to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE project experience and expertise in Revit MEP for HVAC modeling and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D HVAC models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams.
• Develop HVAC layouts including ducting, piping, and equipment placement.
• Extract quantities and prepare BOQ from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project specifications.
• Update BIM models as per site and consultant comments.
• Support project and site teams with technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in HVAC BIM modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water, ducting, ventilation, etc.).
• Familiar with UAE authority regulations and standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must be currently available in UAE.
