Universal BIM & Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical HVAC BIM Modeler to join our growing team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed HVAC BIM models using Revit as per project requirements
• Prepare coordinated mechanical shop drawings (HVAC & Ventilation systems)
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with MEP teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project specifications
• Generate BOQ and material take-offs from BIM models
• Work closely with design engineers and site teams
• Update and revise models as per consultant/client comments
• Maintain BIM standards and company protocols

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in HVAC BIM Modeling (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks & AutoCAD
• Experience in high-rise, commercial & residential projects
• Good understanding of HVAC systems (Chilled water, VRF, Ducting, etc.)
• Knowledge of Dubai authority standards is an advantage
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in LOD 300–400 modeling
• Understanding of BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Ability to lead coordination meetings (if senior level)
