Mechanical HVAC Designer Drafter

Dick Gramlich PE, established the company, here in the Tampa Bay area, in 1986. In 2000, Dick's son, Gregor Gramlich PE, joined the company. Dick is now retired, and Gregor is the Principal. We have remained relatively small over the years, ranging from 2-6 employees. We did not lay anyone off in the 2008 recession and are currently very busy.

We design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings, using AutoCAD and Revit. We have a national reputation with supermarket chains and restaurants, who bring us a considerable amount of repeat work. We also do other commercial projects such as schools, offices, churches, restaurants, and even some light industrial projects.

We pay time and a half for overtime, with bonuses at mid-year and end-of year, based on profitability. We offer two weeks of paid vacation, plus sick time as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
