Mechanical Inspector (10+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Inspector with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting mechanical works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications and approved shop drawings.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Monitor installation activities and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
• Report non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Familiar with Saudi codes and standards.
• Valid SCE membership (preferred).
• Transferable Iqama (if applicable).
