Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance:

· Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for all machines and equipment.

· Conduct detailed inspection and maintenance of CNC VMC & Conventional ( Drilling, Milling, Lathe, Band Saw & Boring )

· Maintain and monitor all preventive maintenance checkpoints and checklists.

Breakdown Maintenance:

· Lead and support the team in handling mechanical breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults effectively and promptly.

Spare Parts and Inventory:

· Raise Material Requisitions for necessary spare parts.

· Ensure availability and proper utilization of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.

Compliance and Documentation:

· Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, spare part usage, and improvements.

· Follow safety and compliance standards during all maintenance activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
