Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a hybrid role based in Tirupur. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all equipment used in our manufacturing processes. This includes performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, and maintaining comprehensive records of servicing and repairs. The role also involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies to enhance the longevity and reliability of equipment.

Qualifications

Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair

Experience in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance

Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Prior experience in the precast or construction industry is an advantage
