Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Ø All CNC and Manual Machines, Utilities – Preventive Maintenance activities.

Ø To attend Break Down Machines – Problem solving

Ø Getting Approval of Maintenance parts from Management

Ø On the Job Training on Mechanical aspects to both Electricians

Ø Auditing of Autonomous Maintenance activities carried out by Manual / Tool Room personnel

Ø To do Break Down Analysis with Team Members and submit report

Ø Leading the Cost reduction activities in Manual sections on Maintenance

Ø Air leak audits on weekly basis.
