Job Description:

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and experience in maintenance of CNC Machines & CNC machining centres that include machines for Turning, Milling, Cutting, Bandsaw Cutting, and Surface Grinding. The ideal candidate should have a strong Knowledge and background in CNC Turning Centres and its Mechanical Maintenance, to ensure all CNC machines are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments and troubleshooting of CNC machines, Machining Centers, include machines for Turning, Milling, Bending, Punching, Cutting, Bandsaw Cutting, Surface Grinding.

· Perform Machine & Spindle alignments for CNC Machines as and when required

· Maintain Repair and replacement of defective components and parts to ensure smooth operations.

· Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.

· Assist in the installation and setup of new CNC machines.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical / electrical issues in CNC equipment / Machines. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies along with accurate documentation

Key Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Mechanist, with Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience. Having hands-on experience with of CNC machines, Machining Centers, include for Turning, Milling, Cutting, Bandsaw Cutting, Surface Grinding. Should have Knowledge of replacing spindles, bearings, Tools & Holders, other required spares and consumables. A Candidate with CNC Machine Operations, Programming knowledge will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
