Job Description:

☞ Hand of experience hydraulic pump like vane pump, redial piston pump,gear pump etc.

☞ Hand on experience of the Mechanical press machine 400 T.

☞ Hand on experience of the Hydraulic press machine 1000 T.

☞ Hand of experience cylinder single acting, double acting .

☞ Hand of experience decoiler (straitner).

☞ Hand of experience Hydrolic &Pnumatic work

☞ Hand of experience sensor like photos sensor , capecitive sensor, proximity sensor etc.

☞ Hand of experience hydraulic valves.

☞ Hand of experience pneumatic s valves, manifold.

☞ Hand of experience of oven conveyor.

☞ Hand of experience paint Booth gun..

☞ Hand of experience hydraulic motor.

☞ Daily m/c check sheet monitoring.

☞ Handling all shop floors breakdown.

☞ Maintain shopfloor 5S.

☞ Attend daily Morning meeting.

☞ Hand on experience of maintenance of painting line machines, tools&equipments such as painting guns, sanders& polishers, agitators, mixing room pumps, husky pumps, centrifugal pumps, dosing pumps, exhaust fans etc.

☞ Hand on experience of maintenance of welding shop Equipment such as Seam Welding Machine ,Spot Welding Machine, Hydraulic 50 ton Press etc.

☞ Having good Knowledge of Centrifugal Pump & Motor And Pneumatic Tools Maintenance.

☞ Hand on experience of maintenance of Press shop Machine (350 ton Aida Press).

☞ Hand on experience of maintenance of PLC Basic Knowlage system. .

Participate in Suggestion, Kaizen and 5S activities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
