Mechanical Maintenance Helper

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Taking care of maintenance activities in shift which including Injection molding, blow molding, labelling machines and related accessories
• Reporting to Production manager and ensure uptime of all equipment's
• Good in both mechanical and Electrical in order to resolve the issues
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and implement effective repairs
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
• Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential problems and address them proactively
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Preferred candidate profile:

• From the similar industry and having hands on experience in mechanical and electrical as well
• UG: Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E.
• ITI candidates can also be considered if have relevant experience in the plastics manufacturing company
• System knowledge is must and taking care of MTTR and MTBF
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
