Mechanical Production Engineer

• Developing and implementing daily plans, monitoring production schedules, and adjusting them as needed to meet targets and customer demand
• Ensuring that production processes meet quality standards, checking output for defects, and implementing corrective actions to address issues.
• Monitoring workflow, analysing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• A strong understanding of hydraulic systems, including components like pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and their associated technical diagrams and manuals.
• Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining records, interpreting technical documents, and facilitating communication between maintenance, engineering, and production teams to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Manage the procurement and availability of necessary parts, materials, and tools for maintenance activities, often liaising with procurement and storerooms.
• The ability to diagnose complex issues, analyse data, and make informed decisions to resolve problems.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and provide guidance on maintenance matters
• Act as a liaison between maintenance technicians, engineers, production personnel, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
