Mechanical Project Engineer

Mechanical Project Engineer with minimum 2Years UAE Experience

for High Rise building's projects

Responsibilities:

* Understand of * plumbing, and fire protection* systems in line with project requirements.

* Select suitable *materials and systems* that align with safety, sustainability, and performance standards.

* Coordinate mechanical designs with *architectural, structural, and electrical* components.

* Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure *system compatibility*.

* Attend *coordination and site meetings* to ensure design and execution alignment.

* Prepare and submit *mechanical shop drawings and material submittals* for approval.

* Supervise and monitor *on-site mechanical installation works*.

* Ensure all works comply with *project specifications, local codes, and **safety regulations*.

* Plan and oversee the *testing and commissioning* of mechanical systems.

* Troubleshoot and resolve *system startup issues*.

* Ensure proper *handover and functionality* of all mechanical systems.

* Coordinate with consultants for *technical discussions, clarifications, and finalization*.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum *2 years of relevant UAE experience* in the construction industry.

* Bachelor’s degree in *Mechanical Engineering* or equivalent.

* Strong knowledge of *MEP standards*, codes, and practices in the UAE.

* Proficient in *Auto CAD, and MS Office*.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
