Mechanical Project Engineer – Fire Fighting & Fire Safety Systems

The candidate will supervise and support the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting and fire safety systems while ensuring compliance with UAE Civil Defense standards. Must hold a 4-year attested Mechanical Engineering degree and have a minimum of 3 years UAE experience in fire protection projects. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, coordination skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD are required. UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise site installation of fire fighting systems (Sprinkler, Fire Hose Reel, Pump Room, FM200, Deluge, etc.)
• Ensure installations comply with UAE Civil Defense requirements and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for inspections and approvals.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and site documentation.
• Attend progress meetings and update project status.
• Follow company quality and HSE standards on-site.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering – 4-year program with UAE attestation (MANDATORY*)
• Minimum 3 years experience in fire fighting & fire safety systems in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE Civil Defense rules and NFPA standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
