Mechanical Project Manager | Building Construction (Villas & High-Rise) | UAE / GCC

We are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in building construction, specifically villas and high-rise towers. Only candidates with proven experience working with main contractors or electromechanical contracting companies in the UAE/GCC will be considered.

🔹 Requirements

• 15+ years of total Mechanical (MEP Mechanical) experience in building construction.
• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE/GCC experience (strict requirement).
• Proven track record in mechanical works for high-rise buildings (40+ floors), residential towers, commercial buildings, and villa communities .
• Strong technical background in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical coordination .
• Must have worked on the main contractor or major electromechanical contractor side (consultancy profiles will NOT be considered).
• Experience managing full-cycle mechanical works including planning, procurement, execution, testing & commissioning, and project handover .
• Well-versed in local authority approvals — DEWA, ADDC, DM, Civil Defense, DCD, SEWA, FEWA , etc.
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and specialist vendors.
• Skilled in preparing/reviewing project schedules, mechanical shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions .
• Strong understanding of mechanical interfaces with civil works , especially in high-rise and villa projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of handling clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders .

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• PMP / PSP / MEP certifications are an added advantage.
