Mechanical QA/QC Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
• Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and site works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Review method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and other QA/QC documents.
• Monitor site activities and ensure proper documentation of test results and inspections.
• Raise and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding quality-related issues.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of testing and measuring equipment.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, weekly/monthly quality summaries, and maintain quality records.
• Support internal and external audits as per ISO and project requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the project team.
