Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mechanical Sales Service Manager to lead business development, technical sales, and service contract management for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, coolers, and other process equipment within the Oil & Gas sector across the UAE and GCC region.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of rotating and static equipment, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with refineries, petrochemical plants, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for maintenance, refurbishment, repair, and servicing of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, coolers, and process equipment.
  • Promote service contracts, shutdown maintenance services, and equipment refurbishment solutions to clients in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power sectors.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to customer inquiries and tenders.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Service Contract Management

  • Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMC), shutdown projects, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor contract performance, project schedules, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle contract renewals, variations, and commercial negotiations.

Technical Support

  • Provide technical guidance on heat exchanger maintenance, tube replacement, retubing, pressure vessel repairs, and equipment upgrades.
  • Review customer specifications and recommend suitable service solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering and workshop teams for technical evaluations and costing.

Commercial & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and business development plans.
  • Monitor project profitability and support cost control initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databases.
  • Participate in tender reviews, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in technical sales and service contracts within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong experience with heat exchangers, pressure vessels, coolers, condensers, process equipment, and related maintenance services.
  • Proven track record in business development and service sales.
  • Experience working with refineries, petrochemical plants, EPC contractors, and industrial facilities.
  • Strong understanding of shutdown maintenance, refurbishment projects, and inspection requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in ASME, TEMA, API, and pressure vessel maintenance standards.
  • Exposure to fabrication, repair, inspection, and refurbishment of process equipment.
  • Established network within the UAE and GCC Oil & Gas market.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
