The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and mechanically inclined Service Engineer who can ensure seamless post-sales support. From installation and commissioning to real-time troubleshooting and customer satisfaction, you will be the face of PressureJet on the ground. The role involves frequent travel, rapid response handling, and working closely with our internal teams to maintain our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up high-pressure plunger pump systems at client sites, ensure full functionality, and collect NPS feedback post-completion (Target > 8).
• Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle service requests via phone and in-person visits; perform root cause analysis and deliver long-term solutions.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct preventive maintenance (AMCs) and address breakdowns both onsite and at HQ; prepare detailed service reports.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Purchase, Design, Dispatch, and Sales teams to ensure timely spare availability and issue closure.
• Documentation & SOPs: Maintain service records, prepare SOPs, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing (RCA reports, spares tracking).

Required Skills and Competencies:

Technical Expertise:

• High-pressure pump system installation, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Strong mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with CAD drawings, MS Office, and ERP/CRM platforms

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conflict resolution and client handling
• Documentation and analytical thinking

Physical & Situational Requirements:

• Comfortable with traveling 20–22 days/month across India (occasional overseas visits)
• Willingness to carry tools/spares to remote locations and perform field service tasks
• Ability to supervise technicians/helpers during service operations

• 1+ year in a mechanical service or field support role
• Freshers with good Technical Skills can also Apply

Qualification:

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Knowledge:

• Understanding of high-pressure pump systems, customer service norms, and RCA methods
• Basic knowledge of ERP & reporting tools
