- Equipment Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and commission new equipment and systems to ensure they are operating correctly.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and carry out necessary repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site or remote technical support to clients, respond to service calls, and offer technical advice and training on equipment usage.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service activities, installation procedures, and repairs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical staff, engineering teams, and support teams to resolve complex problems and improve equipment performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to safety and regulatory standards and protocols.
- Technical Expertise: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in their field of expertise.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and tools required for service and repairs.
