Mechanical Site Engineer

Experience Requirements:

• Plumbing & Water Systems: Design and execute plumbing networks, water supply, and sanitary drainage systems.

• Fire Fighting Systems: Design, review, and supervise the execution of fire protection systems (Fire Fighting Systems) to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Mechanical Drawings & Load Calculations: Prepare mechanical drawings, perform load and flow calculations, and ensure technical accuracy.

• Quantity Surveying & Documentation: Prepare quantity take-offs, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for mechanical works.

• Tender Evaluation & Cost Analysis: Prepare price comparisons, evaluate tenders and bids, and support decision-making for awarding contracts.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in specialized mechanical engineering software and Revit MEP for modeling and coordination.

• Supervision & Quality Assurance: Supervise on-site mechanical installations to ensure full compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical site engineering and project execution.
