Role Description

We are seeking a technically strong and result-oriented Mechanical Site Engineer with solid GCC project experience in MEP works.

Location : Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 (Based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years GCC Experience (Mandatory)

UAE Driving License : Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting (MEP) installations at site .
• Ensure works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, IFC drawings, method statements, ITPs, and project specifications.
• Review and coordinate RFI, MIR, WIR, IR submissions .
• Handle ducting installation, chilled water piping (CHW), FCU/AHU installation, VRF systems, drainage & water supply piping, firefighting piping & pump systems.
• Monitor pressure testing, hydro testing, duct leakage testing, TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing) activities.
• Prepare BOQ verification, quantity take-off, material submittals, and procurement follow-up.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, and planning teams .
• Ensure compliance with DEWA, Civil Defense, DM regulations, and HSE standards .
• Maintain daily progress reports and monitor project schedule as per baseline program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years GCC experience in MEP contracting company.
• Strong knowledge in ASHRAE standards, SMACNA ducting standards, NFPA firefighting systems.
• Experience in high-rise / villa / commercial projects preferred.
• Ability to manage site manpower and materials efficiently.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
