Mechanical Site Supervisor (Full Time)

Mechanical Site Supervisor | Site Foreman

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical works across residential and commercial new build developments.

You’ll manage on-site installations, ensure compliance with project specifications and health and safety standards, and coordinate subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all mechanical installations on-site
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades
• Monitor H&S compliance and site documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical site supervision
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS card
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full UK Driving licence as travel required depending on site location.
