Job Announcement: Mechanical Supervision Engineer (As-Built & Design Review)

A leading international engineering consultancy firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Supervision Engineer to join our Design & Technical Office Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring project integrity by bridging the gap between design intent and on-site execution

Key Responsibilities:

• As-Built Documentation: Review and approve As-Built drawings, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with the physical installation on-site.
• Technical Supervision: Oversee all mechanical works (HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing) to ensure full adherence to approved designs and international codes.
• Design Review & Modifications: Evaluate site-specific variations and implement necessary design adjustments without compromising system efficiency or safety.
• MEP Coordination: Lead coordination efforts with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and Electrical) to resolve any technical clashes in the final shop drawings and As-Builts.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, approve material submittals, and verify contractor payment certificates.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of [Insert Years, e.g., 5-8] years of experience in supervision and technical office roles, preferably within a reputable consultancy firm.
• Technical Skills:
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (MEP).
• Deep understanding of mechanical load calculation software (e.g., HAP).
• Strong background in reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications.
• Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for technical reporting and client meetings.
• Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, strong time-management abilities, and professional communication skills for liaison with contractors and clients.
