Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment, ensuring smooth plant operations, and leading the mechanical maintenance team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical maintenance and repair activities across the plant.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead, train, and support the mechanical maintenance team.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and spare part records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of pumps, valves, compressors, and rotating equipment.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
