Mechanical Supervisor

We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical works on site, ensuring activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and related services).
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Inspect completed work and support testing and commissioning activities.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid education and experience certificates required, showing clear start and end dates.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in acute hospital projects and service-sector maintenance within the past 5 years.
• Diploma in Engineering in the relevant trade is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners currently available in Qatar only.
