Mechanical supervisor

Job Title: Mechanical (Plumbing) SupervisorLocation: Qatar (Only for locally available candidates)Industry: Facility ManagementExperience Required: Minimum 7 years

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day plumbing maintenance activities.Lead and coordinate a team of plumbers and mechanical technicians.Ensure proper maintenance of water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, and pumps.Perform inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues efficiently.Maintain work reports, checklists, and documentation as per project/client requirements.Ensure all work complies with Qatar’s health, safety, and plumbing codes.Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors as required.Implement and enforce QHSE procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in plumbing systems within the Facility Management sector.Strong knowledge of potable water systems, drainage, sewage, pumps, and plumbing fittings.Experience working on government or large commercial properties in Qatar preferred.
