Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor – Facility Management

Location: Duhail, Qatar
Salary: QAR 3,500 (Full Package)
Contract Duration: 01 Month (Extendable)

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Mechanical Supervisor to support our client’s facility management operations in Duhail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in supervising mechanical systems, HVAC operations, plumbing, and maintenance activities. This role demands a high level of technical competence and leadership to ensure the facility operates efficiently and safely, in compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical systems.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems, pumps, piping, valves, and plumbing installations.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures.
• Develop and implement mechanical maintenance schedules, checklists, and inspection routines.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed records including service reports, daily logs, and inspection documentation.
• Collaborate with facility engineers and project managers on mechanical aspects of ongoing operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in mechanical supervision within the facility management sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and associated preventive maintenance techniques.
• Experience in leading teams and enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Gulf experience preferred.

Contract & Benefits

• Contract Duration: One month (Extendable based on performance & project requirements).
• Salary: QAR 3,500 (Full Package, inclusive of accommodation, food, and transportation).
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (including breaks).
