Job Title : Mechanical Technical Assistant

Location : Govindpura, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type : Full‐time

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience and skills)

Experience : Minimum 2 Years (in a relevant technical support role)

Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Required Qualification & Experience :

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in mechanical workshop, maintenance, manufacturing, or technical support roles.

Key Skills :

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Good knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) — at least basics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems: familiarity with gears, bearings, pumps, motors, etc.
• Ability to use measuring and inspection tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauge, etc.).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) for documentation, reporting.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English, ability to work as part of a team.
• Support the production team by ensuring machines are operating efficiently; monitor machine performance.
• Record machine performance data, spare part usage, and other relevant metrics.
