Mechanical Technical Engineer

• Preparation and verification of Heat Load Calculation
• HVAC & Plumbing Equipment selections
• BMS interface and I/O points preparation
• Material Technical Submittal preparation and follow up discussion with consultants
• Shop Drawings preparation for HVAC / Plumbing ./ Firefighting based on the GA drawings from ID department
• HVAC duct sizing / CHW pipe sizing based on Project requirements
• Firefighting calculation based on UAE fire code
• Meeting with consultants for technical clarification and discussions
• Knowledge in ASHREA / NFPA / IPC standards
• Basic knowledge in Acoustic requirements and standards
• Coordination with ID team based on project requirement.
• Sound knowledge in Mechanical system and material.
• Material selection and Vendor data base.

5 years' experience with Driving License and immediate joiner preferred.
