Job Title: Mechanical Technician – Facility Management

Location: Dubail, Qatar
Salary: QAR 2,500 (All Inclusive Package)
Contract Duration: 2 Months (Extendable)
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9 Hours per day (including lunch break)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Technician with 8 years of experience in facility management. The role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, pumps, piping, motors, AC, DC, LV systems, and other mechanical and facility-related equipment. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain mechanical systems and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, pumps, piping, motors, and related assets.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical systems to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient facility operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in facility management and mechanical maintenance.
• Practical expertise in HVAC, pumps, piping, motors, and related facility systems.
• Familiarity with AC, DC, and LV systems will be an added advantage.
• Gulf region experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team.
